🔹 What I learned:

This training has been a meaningful step in my journey toward becoming an English teacher. I learned about essential teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and how to plan effective lessons. It also helped me understand the mindset and responsibilities of a future teacher.

🔹 How I experienced the training:

I truly enjoyed this experience. The sessions were interactive and engaging, and mrs Susan created a safe space where we could ask questions and share ideas. It made me more confident and motivated to pursue teaching.

I found these virtual sessions extremely valuable because they focused on practical skills I can use every day. Learning about synonyms and transition words helped me express myself more clearly, especially in writing. The discussion about education challenges around the world was eye-opening - it made me realize how lucky I am to have access to learning opportunities. The teaching strategies we covered, like using warm-up questions and quick comprehension checks, gave me useful ideas for both studying and group work. While I thought all the material was helpful, I would have loved even more real-world examples to make the lessons even more relatable. Overall, these sessions were short but packed with useful information that I'll continue using in my studies and daily communication. The only downside was that I wished they lasted longer because I enjoyed them so much.

I'm overwhelmed by the session's pace and how quickly the days passed during this program, which I never imagined would leave such a deep space in my heart. i am intrested and fascinated by how the program allowed us to exchange such important ideas .It felt like opening a window to another world, especially with your introduction to TESOL, a true treasure for us and our future careers. During this program, I improved my language skills, specifically grammar and vocabulary.i learned new words , new expressions and new ideas .Before joining this program, I viewed English studies solely as a university student , but now I see it from both a student's and teacher's perspective.I appreciate your efforts and patience, especially during our technical difficulties. You're a great person, and I was honored to be in your class and navigate the program with you. You consistently enriched our understanding, and at some point I waited for your sessions eagerly . Thank you for this wonderful experience.
