The students were dressed in colorful costumes and dancing to the music. The dance was a visual feast and it almost took my breath away. This traditional dance performance was a testimony to India’s rich cultural heritage across borders and generations.

We walked along the route and saw a lot of Indian food, all of which were very nice to look at. Three of them impressed us so we chose them. They were Idli, Pani Puri and Masala Tea.

Idli is a kind of rice cake with a soft and tender taste, which made us feel more satisfied. The basic ingredients of idli are idli rice (white rice or brown rice can also be used), Urad dal, fenugreek seeds and salt. Of course, you can also make your own Idli according to your own taste. This kind of rice cake is not common in ordinary life, and we would know nothing about their culture without being exposed to them. In addition, Pani Puri is a popular street snack that is eaten together. Its flavor is strong but not sweet and also full of sour and spicy water,I can say that I have never had this kind of taste in most Chinese food. Eating it gives me an indescribable pleasure and a novel experience. This may be the so-called finger-lickin good. which made my body full of energy and spirit after walking for a long time. Not only that, we also drank Masala Tea. It is a warm and comforting mixture of tea, milk and spices.Masala tea is like the "national treasure tea" from India. It can even be said that Masala tea has long been integrated into the lives of most Indians. Whether it is used to quench thirst, relieve fatigue or entertain guests, Masala tea is always indispensable Tea. Indian spices are recognized around the world, so you can imagine how good spiced coffee tastes!

So our day was over, and looking back on it, it felt long but we wished we had stayed a little longer.

As we reluctantly left, the taste of the food still lingered on our lips, and we realized that we had not just participated in a festival; we had become part of the tradition, part of the culture. This feeling was more pleasant than any dish we had tasted that day.I believe that our attempt today is to contribute a small amount to the unity of Malaysia. Only by having the courage to understand the cultures of all ethnic groups can we think more from their perspective and understand them.
