I learned about this position through indeed. In order to get this job, you need to be certified with a health degree of some sort. I believe I'd be a good fit because I've been a pharmacy tech at a retail pharmacy for 3 years and learned everything there needs to know about working in a pharmacy. Some skills I picked up from the course was customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail.

The best way to handle an aggressive patient is to always stay calm. Never match their energy. Try to speak to them and be patient while hearing them out. Try your best to help them with whatever the issue is. Be sure to acknowledge their feelings and frustration. If it is a problem that you cannot handle alone involve someone with a higher title and seek help in that way. For your own safety try to keep a little bit of a distance to protect yourself and others around you.

Describe one of your weaknesses and how do you plan on working to improve this weakness in the position you’re applying for?

One of my weaknesses is getting overwhelmed. I stress myself out too much in certain situations which always makes me not confident in my job or work. To improve this weakness in the position I'm applying for is to start prioritizing my more important tasks and get those done before anything else, so it doesn't pile on, on top of things that aren't as important. I would start to set more goals for myself on certain tasks especially bigger tasks. I would break them down, so it isn't so much on me. I would stop procrastinating and leaving things to last min. I would do all these things, so I won't feel so overwhelmed at work anymore.

One of my strengths is I work really well with others. I am a team player and love getting things done as a team. I work well with customers and never found myself in any issues with them. A weakness of mine would be is I'm too nice at times. I become too kind, and I think people take advantage of that. A skill I learned would be to always stay kind but don't let others step all over you especially in a work environment. Always do what you have to do and follow the rules.
