  • Jojo D. Chad the Employee:
    • Background: Jojo is a 25 years old young professional who recently started his career after graduating college. He wants to establish good financial habits, and save for short-term goals such as going on a holiday to Japan and long-term goals such as establishing complete financial success on the age of 35 where he can retire early.
    • Goals: Jojo wants an app that helps him track expenses both daily and monthly, set financial goals to complete each month, an app that shows him visually how much money he currently have, and an app that can accurately predict how much money will he have left by the end of the month if he sticks on the current financial habit he is on. He is interested in personalized insights on being as money-efficient as possible, optimizing daily/monthly expenses, and growing his savings.
    • Needs: Jojo requires a sleek, intuitive, and stylized interface, goal-setting features, expense categorization, savings automation, and notifications for progress towards goals.
  • Seele the Entrepreneur:
    • Background: Seele is a 32 years old entrepreneur who runs a small business in town. She wants to manage her business finances efficiently, track business expenses, and plan for future investments and/or future business expansion.
    • Goals: Seele would want an app that enables her to track business finances such as tracking income and expenses her business, and provides tax estimation and financial reporting features at the end of the month. She is also interested in insights on business growth and investment opportunities.
    • Needs: Seele requires a comprehensive financial management app that offers business expense tracking, tax estimation tools, invoice generation, integration with accounting software and e-wallet services, and investment analysis features.
