Your calm and steady hand guiding the team in the midst of fairly intense periods of work, the probing questions you posed to keep us focussed on the overall raison d’être of the PGE and your thoughtful inputs at every stage of the process.

Working closely with you, I have appreciated your inclusive approach and support as a DG and as a colleague, your openness and our many discussions along the way – both personal and professional. It has been a great ride (now that all of the stresses have faded from memory!), a significant professional accomplishment of which you should take much credit and I wish you all the best in your next assignment.
