A monsoon is a strong wind that flows one directions in winter and the other direction in summer. The summer monsoon brings worm wet air from the Arabian which produces drenching rains. When the monsoon rains begin on time and last long the crop will be good and if not there will be a drought.

The cities of Mohenjo-Daro and Harrappa were the largest cities of their time, containing around 35,000 people. Around the cities were walls guarded by guards who defended the city from attacks. The houses had flat roofs and were built from mud bricks. All the houses had garbage shoots, indoor plumbing, and storerooms from grains.

The Aryans brought the caste system to the Indians, new roles to men and women were created, and Sanskrit was made.

The Aryan and Harappan lifestyles differ because the Harrapans used a special script to write on seals and stamps while the Aryans used Sanskrit.
