         <description><![CDATA[<div>The longer a muscle works, the more fatigue it becomes. You can only use force if muscle is contracted.ATP is a molecule that carries energy. During the activity I cramped up in my finger after 4 trials because my muscle was fatigue. I lost energy in my finger and it was very tried at the end. My muscle needs to rest before doing the many trials again.<br><br></div>]]></description>

My hand started to cramp up and the clip flew out of my hand. My partner had neither a positive or negative slope because her time and reps stayed about the same. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The longer a muscle is used and strained the more tired it becomes. In the beginning the contractions were somewhat consistent, but over time fatigue kicked in and the numbers went down. This was done by squeezing the clothespin in ten second intervals 10 times. After about the 7th interval I could feel muscle fatigue and the numbers decreased. Consistent use of a muscle will fatigue the muscle slowing performance.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this experiment, we were able to see the trend in the muscles fatigue. The experiment involved opening and closing a wooden pin repetitively for 10 seconds and recording the amount of times we did. This was done in a series of 10 rounds and it represented the muscle fatigue that we learned about in class. For most peoples outcome, it showed the number of times the pin was opened and closed reducing to show the muscle fatigue.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What I concluded from The Muscle Fatigue Lab is that the more I did, my muscle got more and more tired. After each rep, with no break, my muscles got more fatigued. In the last rep, there was lactic acid already building up to make my muscle sore. Our graph mixes between increasing and decreasing. Toward the end, there was a significant decrease which is probably where the muscle was starting to get fatigued. Continuing this experiment would most likely result in more lactic acid being produced which would lead to extended soreness. </div>]]></description>

Around 40 total squeezes is when you really start to notice a difference in the way your hand feels and the slower it moves. This can be shown from the lab because the muscle is getting is getting tired so you can do less squeezes. If we did this lab everyday, we would be able to do more and more squeezes. That would be because we are having hypertrophy and we would be increase our muscle tone. However, since we only did it today, we did less and less squeezes as time goes on.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First thing that must be stated is that McPrince is so strong. He started slow actually, and we had to hype him up. After his testosterone output but was increased, his clothespin clicks were maximized, reaching a peak of 65 clicks, within the span of 10 seconds. We attempted 70, but he could not reach those 'greater heights.' If he had been hype, and ready from the start, he most certainly could smash the record of 65. On his final turn, he dropped the pin, only getting 30 clicks. It skewed our data, and sent our record setting days to the morgue.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>what I noticed during the lab was that as the lab went along the number of squeezes per second went down due to muscle fatigue. but in certain occasions if someone for example McPrince and I who exercise frequently the amount of reps were double or even triple compared to our peers. as the lab went on lactic acid build up was actively occurring and making our muscles feel sore and exhausted. if frequent exercising of the hand were to occur, over time the reps before a decline and/or failure to complete a rep would drastically increase. and in addition to frequent exercise of the hand the amount of weight/ resistance we could squeeze would also increase at a rapid rate.</div>]]></description>
