When I Experienced a Milkshake Moment

I experience a milkshake moment when I grab my morning coffee. At this point, it is a routine for me. My reasoning behind getting a coffee isnt because I was particularly tired of thirsty, but I know it will help get me through the day. Additionally, this is a way to start my day on a positive note. Getting a coffee is something I look forward too in the morning, it is something that just gets my day going.

What job I see my students requiring of me?

A job that I could see my student requiring of me is to get the students to work together in groups and/or with their friends. In some cases, group work will create tasks to keep them engaged and to use the strategy of teamwork. For instance, when giving a science lesson on the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle), you can have you and your students bring in recyclable items and work into groups to create a robot. This is a fun and easy way to keep them engaged in their learning to become successful.

What do you 'hire' to get your tasks or goals accomplished?

What I would hire to get my tasks or goals accomplished in relation to that science lesson would be prepared groups who would work well with one another and recycable items for the students to choose. Student input and choice is huge in the classroom for motivation and engagement. I would have all the items spread out on a table and have each group send up one student to choose the materials they would use to create their robot. Student input and choice to create any robot they would like would help complete the task of learning about reduce, reuse, recycle.
