Totally fun and so nice to sit with people dealing with many of the same issues as I am. This year has been brutal in terms of this job for me and, as a result, I am going back into the classroom full time. This meeting helped me to realize that I am not alone. One of my colleagues is pretty much in the same boat. It also helped clarify for me that administration can make or break this job. I guess the one thing I would ask, and lord knows if it's even possible, is that the message of the importance of leadership makes its way up the chain.
