         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the Atkins Diet is not beneficial to many. Although it is a fast way to lose weight, it cuts out carbohydrates, which is a large part of the diet. It leaves you with less energy, making it harder for you to function and go throughout your day. It also leads to health side effects which can leave you feeling sick from the diet changes. It also reduces other food groups eaten which is not a healthy way to diet. Although it helps with weight loss, the cons outweigh the benefits of the diet and I wouldn’t recommend going on this diet to lose weight.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel as though the Atkins Diet is not worth the amount of work. Although you are not counting calories, you have to count carbs, watch out for ‘hidden carbs’ and monitor blood-sugar levels closely. It also relies on meals with high protein, which also means that meals are high in fat, so it increases cholesterol and the risk for heart disease. The weight is also not proven to stay off. While some may experience rapid weight loss, they often regain the weight back in less than a year or so. To me, the Atkins diet does not seem worth the effort and I would rather lose weight the healthier way.</div>]]></description>
