He caused a rising foreign debt and caused inflation. He commited mass murder and executed anyone who disagreed with him. With the murders and executions, most people were afraid of Tito. Josep did know the difference between right and wrong though.When he visited a small town the villagers said their horses were being stolen. He asked the villagers what they were doing. They responded with they were taking the other town's horses.
