The capital provider hv money, so in theory we can say that rabbul mal itself "able" to pay for the losses incurred. Mudharib should not bear the losses because at the first place he did not contribute capital because simply dont hv money. Let say if the project get loss. How the mudharib want to pay?
In term of profit. Mudharib can get a portion of it because they have effort to make the business success. Thus, mudharib should also get the profit.
