This book is about A dog named Ben a English Sheepdog and three kids named Julie, Emily and Neil. Julie lived next to a grumpy old women Mrs. Fitzherbert  she also had a toy poodle named Sheba she was always shivering when she saw other dogs.one day Sheba was missing and Mrs Fritz blamed Julies dog Ben. Mrs. Fitz thought he was stolen or Ben barked her away . but Neil and his sister Emily and Julie that Ben went to make a new friend but Sheba jumped out of Mrs. Fitz arms and braked real loud. I can relate to this story of my Aunt's dog Zeus he use to bark real loud when he was in a dog cage.
