1- Principle 6: Successful language teaching requires extensive L2 input:
learning a second language is not easy for each person, it is most of the time a slow process. People need a lot of input to feel more confortable with the new language, I think the most input teachers do, more knowledge students get. For example, in Panama students are not in a complete second language environment so they need to be exposed the most they can to English language in the classroom, obviously making use of correct techniques and methods.
2- Principle 7: Successful language teaching also requires opportunities for output:
each student must have the opportunity for output when learning a second language. Output means a chance for students to show what they think, what they learned, students previous knowledge and more. Students can learn more if they have time to talk with other person making use of the second language.
It is not interesting when teachers speak, speak and speak while students are just listening. Students must have time to share their opinion.

If the student need to stand up he/she should raise the hand so the teacher can gives him/her permission to stand up.

(I did it with Mary Lou info, they are from my own ideas so I have no link?

Missing Vowel Game
Students are given a group of words with missing vowels. Their job is to choose which vowel will complete the spelling of the word correctly.

Word-to-Picture / Picture-to-Word
Individually or in small groups, students are given a group of pictures as well as separate cards with the words for each image. The goal is to have the most matches in one minute. This can be completed with body parts, animals, food, etc.

Labeling Game
Students are given a group of sticky notes that have vocabulary words and objects written on them. They are given two minutes to place each sticky note on the corresponding object in the room. This can be completed individually or in small groups.

Pictionary
This is another game that works well with any age group; children love it because they can get creative in the classroom, teenagers love it because it doesn’t feel like they’re learning, and adults love it because it’s a break from the monotony of learning a new language - even though they'll be learning as they play.
Pictionary can help students practice their vocabulary and it tests to see if they’re remembering the words you’ve been teaching. Before the class starts, prepare a bunch of words and put them in a bag. Split the class into teams of 2 and draw a line down the middle of the board. Give one team member from each team a pen and ask them to choose a word from the bag. Tell the students to draw the word as a picture on the board and encourage their team to guess the word. The first team to shout the correct answer gets a point. The student who has completed drawing should then nominate someone else to draw for their team. Repeat this until all the words are gone - make sure you have enough words that each student gets to draw at least once!

What's the Question?

Purpose: review question forms previously studied in class.
Form two teams (three will work, but two seems to add just the right amount of competitive tension).

Explain the game, with a few examples of answers in search of questions. Ask, 'What's the question?', and get students to correctly say the corresponding questions for your answer.

Have two players--one from each team--come to the front. Style it like a game show if you like, with the students standing side-by-side. If you have access to bells or buzzers, it's even more fun.

Next, read an answer to a question and say, 'What's the question?' The fastest player to respond wins a point for her/his team. New contestants come to the front for a new round.

This game forces the students to think backwards a little, so they must provide a grammatically perfect question. All too often, they are used to answering rather than asking questions, so this is challenging and useful as review.

Underline vocabulary
While the teacher is reading , student should follow the reading and underline key words and words they do not understand.

Order the pictures:
While teacher is reading the story student should order the pictures given to them. They have to listen to the story and put the pictures in the correct order.

Sentence Race

A good game for large classes and for reviewing vocabulary lessons.

Prepare a list of review vocabulary words.

Write each word on two small pieces of paper. That means writing the word twice, once on each paper.

Organize the pieces like bundles, 2 bundles, 2 sets of identical words.

Divide the class into 2 teams. get them to make creative team names.

Distribute each list of words to both teams. every student on each team should have a paper. Both teams have the same words.

When you call a word, 2 students should stand up, one from each team. The students must then run to the blackboard and race to write a sentence using their word.

The winner is the one with a correct and clearly written sentence.

This is always a hit with kids. For more advanced students, use tougher word.

Guess the story:
Teacher will show some pictures and vocabulary to the students and they have to analyze them and guess what is going the story to be about.

Yes or no questions:
Teacher will show some questions to the students and them individually have to show a dumb up for yes or a dumbdown for no.

How students stay at the classroom when I am coming.
student need to stay in their seats waiting for me, they should have their notebook out and be quite. They should just say hello for me (I do not want to be so restrictive with them).

How students stop an activity.
When the students are doing an activity they should know that it is always a timing activity so when I say 4, 3, 2, 1, 0 they should stop doing whatever they are doing at the moment when I say 0.

How students ask for permission to go to the bathroom.
students should raise one hand and wait for me to allow them to speak and ask for permission, then they can take a ticket to go to the bathroom. Just one student can be outside the classroom so if there is already one student outside they have to wait for him/her to come back. Each student have just 10 minutes to go to the bathroom.

What to do when the teacher is talking.
Student need to pay attention, stay in their seats and talk just when the teacher allow them to speak about the topic they are studying at the moment. If there is a student that does not want to pay attention, I will just look at him/her to make him/her understand he/she is doing bad, at the second bad behavior he/she will be moved to other seat.

choose 2 or 3 students who will be in charge of spreading extra information from the teacher when necessary. Also, the rest of the students can tell them when they have any coment about the class. the teacher will give them easy task too as spreading sheets or any other task to help to keep the class moving at its required speed.
