They are the reason why I'm the person that I am today. My family has taught me a lot of life lessons like every parent should. Put me in activities and sports that I would not love like I do today if not for them. They most importantly are here for me and care for me everyday which is the most important thing. One example of a way they made my identity is the things they taught me when I was little based on how you should be as a person from learning to look both ways when you cross or to using your manners. The two main activities I want to focus on that I do are baseball and hockey. Not just in these two sports but in all of them they teach you life lessons that shape people. If it were not for me playing sports I would not be the person I am today. One reason I wouldn't be the same person is because I would have never met my friends if I didn't play sports. Another reason is they taught me lessons like, Always work hard, nothing comes easy in life, practice makes perfect. My friends have been there on ups and downs. They make fun of me but also hype me up sometimes. They get mad at me then happy at me. They think I'm annoying then think I'm funny. But the most important part about them is that they are always there for me when I need them and have been my friends since I was little. They help shape me as a person and tell me when I'm doing things wrong and right. They share a lot of the same things and activities I like as well.
