<title>	Is welding worth all the dangers there is to face? A lot of people wonder that while trying to get a job. Quintana explains that there is a very good pay in the welding industry. A lot of pay from the job is from how good the welder is and obviously where the welder works (Build Your Future). Nevertheless, this job has its ups and downs. People may be surprised on the pros and cons of welding and what they are.</title>

<title>Welding has been around for a long time and us humans have found many cons in the industry. Godek reveals that welding can be very dangerous and uncomfy. When welding, there are going to be many times where welders are going to be crawling in the dirt, mud, sand (etc). It is also dangerous. Godek states that while welding, there are toxic fumes that form and when welding. It is in the person&#39;s face, and they are constantly inhaling those toxic fumes which can lead to welders&#39; lungs. This is a disease that can be harmful if not treated right which brings to the con about breathing all of this bad stuff in (Van Industries). Gladys Berejiklain states that when breathing in all of that dust and fumes, it can cause respiratory problems. This is a very big health problem, which can be prevented by wearing masks and such, but sometimes there is no access to that stuff. The lungs are a very important organ in the body, and if not treated right, it can be a big problem. The last con comes from Berejiklian, who makes it clear that welding is very lonely. This job involves a lot of traveling, and it is a lot of time away from home, family, friends, and loved ones. This can be stressful for some people (Job-Evaluator.). These are all bad cons to the job welding, but there are also some good cons and those are what draw people to welding.</title>

<title>The pros for this job are very good. They are almost one hundred percent of the time why people want to do it. The first pro is high demand. Quintana claims that there is a very high demand in welding. There&#39;s not a lot of welders out there, which makes it easy to get the job as long as the welders are good enough at it. Quintana also claims that there is no need to go to college for it. Welding requires no degree or anything. Now, there are certificates needed that state the welder is certified to weld what he is. These are relatively easy to get. Some jobs will pay for the person to get certified if they think it&#39;s worth it. Last pro is Quintana states that there is high pay in welding (Build Your Future). With there being high demand in the job, the employers are going to pay for the best so how good the welder is and how high the pay is.</title>

<title>Is welding worth all the dangers there are to face? It is hard to tell, but there are a lot of wonderful pros and a lot of nasty cons. For welding to be worth it in the long run, there needs to be dedication too. From being away from home or breathing in all of those bad fumes, it can take a toll on someone. That is why there are not a lot of welders around.</title>
