My specialisation in designing and facilitating leadership development programs across a range of industries commenced in 2007. This is on the back of a lived experience of leading teams and functions in complex global businesses for the preceding decade.

I have been an Associate of Melbourne Business School since 2014 and have enjoyed facilitating development programs for the Australian Institute of Sport, the Bureau of Meteorology, Glencore Mining, the City of Melbourne, and the Energy and Water Ombudsman of Victoria.

It's a privilege to be working with leaders from an organisation like Goulburn Valley Water, and I'm eager to support you throughout your leadership development experience.

The Foundations in Leadership Program will provide you with leadership development opportunities designed to engage, challenge and grow participants. You will be provided with experiences, tools and frameworks to enable growth and embrace change. The modulised format is designed as a build, and the objectives of each module are as follows:

Module 1 ‘Leading Self’ objectives are to:

•Develop a deeper understanding of personal leadership, including blind spots, biases and impact

•Create mental clarity to articulate a personal leadership vision and goals with conviction

•Enhance self-leadership effectiveness and confidence in times of challenging dynamics

Module 2 ‘Leading Others’ objectives are to:

•Develop core skills to support diverse teams to deliver outcomes and work collaboratively

•Create capability uplift in teams and the organisation by engaging in effective delegation processes and feedback practices, both affirmative and developmental

•Build one’s own coaching competence by strengthening coaching awareness, skills and tools

Module 3 ‘Leading Organisational Change’ objectives are to:

•Understand a leader’s role and key drivers of effective organisational change and transformation

•Build change management capability and confidence when leading in complexity

•Identify committed actions to deliver a personal leadership vision with shared support from leadership team peers
