Humans need to breathe because we need oxygen in everything we do. We need oxygen when digesting food, moving our muscles, and even thinking. We also need the oxygen for the circulation in our body to process. When breathing out we get rid of the carbon dioxide which is considered as a waste product. If we do not get rid of it, we wont be able to get oxygen in our body.

Humans need to breathe because every part our body needs oxygen to function. Our cells need oxygen to make cellular energy. Our body is also 96% oxygen carbon dioxide and nitrogen which means if we stopped breathing all those would risk us having brain and cell damage.

Humans need to breathe because each part of our body needs oxygen. Oxygen keeps us alive and our body needs a continual supply of oxygen in order to function properly. We need oxygen to do things as simple as thinking.
