With all the ingredients ready, the first thing to do is to marinate the breast with the garlic and salt, when you have done this, the second step is to add the cheese, the ham, the cooked eggs cut in slices, the carrots cut in julienne strips and finally the string beans. Then, you have to put to cook in water for 20 minutes and ready to enjoy a delicious recipe.

Si porque al estudiar los temas sugeridos del e-Book me permite tener claridad y entendimiento frente a los temas que propone el curso para llevar un mejor proceso de aprendizaje.

Dentro de los tiempos indicados SI participe en el foro ya que para mí es muy importante la interacción y retroalimentación con el tutor y los compañeros, donde me permite lograr enriquecer mis conocimientos de aprendizaje y crecimiento personal. 

Participe en espacios de interacción de aprendizaje como Foro de esta tarea, CIPAS, Web conferencias, grupo de WhatsApp y grupo de telegram, porque al hacer parte de cada uno de ellos me permitió aclarar dudas, hacer preguntas, entender mucho más las temáticas y fortalecer mis habilidades en este bello idioma. 

Lo aprendido en esta tarea fue el poder identificar y crear oraciones con los adverbios de frecuencia, a reconocer los sustantivos contables e incontables y los adverbios de secuencia en la elección de un plato típico de mi región, a conocer y redactar los tiempos en presente simple, pasado simple o pasado progresivo, obteniendo un gran crecimiento de aprendizaje.

Si es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo porque me permite obtener un crecimiento, desarrollo y progreso en la vida personal, profesional y en cada uno de los campos y áreas de desempeño diario.

Este aprendizaje le aporta a mi vida personal porque adquiero grandes y nuevos conocimientos llenos de enseñanzas para mi desarrollo profesional donde me permite crecer, buscar y seguir incentivándome en el camino del crecimiento y avance personal.
