         <description><![CDATA[<div>The New Jersey said that each state should have an equal amount of Representative. <br>The Virginia plan said that larger states should have more Representatives then smaller states. <br>The battle between the two plans was solved by the great compromise. This compromise said that two houses of congress would be formed to satisfy both plans.</div>]]></description>
