Each session held and continued very well. Each session was intertaining since we will faced a new member to be interviewed.

2. Did you enjoy d session? 

How do u know? 

Absolutely yes! Most of us were answering the question in relax and laugh to make the session fun.

3. State 1-2 things that u liked the most.

1. the session help us to be more flexible since we were faced a diverse group of people

2. Besides, it help us to increase and enhance the ability to speak in a spontaneous way 

4. Any difficulty or problem during the session?

Yes. This is because everybody were combined in a room, thus we need to speak louder.

5. What r (a) your strengths & (b) d strengths of your interviewer

A) I can speak spontaneously with high confidence with a sequnce of ideas to be spoken

B) they also can speak with a clear ideas and help me to know other information beside my field 

6. Personal n interviewer's weaknesses

We can not hear each speeches clearly since everybody talked loudly

7. How has your involvement in this session affected u?

It increase my enthusiasm to spoke in a big group of public

8. What skills have u improved?

The skills that I have improved are Social-interaction skill, time-management skill, analytical  thinking and confidence

Thinking in a fast ways, being friendly with other community, think out of the box and able to speak spontaneously

2. I do enjoy the session because the mock interview has successfully brought me to the real situation.

3. The unexpected questions which forced me to brainstorm more ideas and getting new friends!

4. During the session, I found that the class was too crowded with people, therefore I think all of students were having difficulties to hear interviewee’s voice. 

5. My strength is I am able to brainstorm more ideas and communicate well. My interviewers also able to speak well with confidence.

6. My weakness is somehow I forgot the terms that related with my field. Some of my interviewers talked in low tone, thus I have to ask them to repeat the question.

7. I learnt that even though all of us came from different background, each persons have their goals need to be accomplished in their life. I found my self-confidence getting increase as I met different interviewer and able to communicate even though I don’t really remember what I have jotted down.

8. It helps me to improve my skills especially social interaction and time management skills. 

9. I am now finally get the whole idea after being experienced with this mock job interview. I should be able to think as fast as lightning, do my reading for more ideas pop out in my mind and speak spontaneously.

1. Every session was fun to me because i get to make new friends from different course. I also met my ex matriculation friend. 

2. I enjoy every interview session because it makes me experience a real situation for interview

3. The questions given did give me many ideas to face the real interview. 

4. During mock job interview sessions, i found it was hard for me to hear my partner's voice as there are too many people talking at the same time. 

5.For me, i think i am able to speak confidently, also for my interviewers. 

6. My weakness is my voice is quite slow so i have to force myself to speak loudly in order to compete with others. 

7. I have learnt that every person was able to speak eventhought they are not confidence enough

Each session was enjoyable, interviewing different people has allowed me to know different background and different major of different people.

I enjoy the session, it was enjoy sharing my experience and listening to people’s background.

3. State 1-2 things that you liked the most.
I enjoy listening to their opinion on making certain decision while dealing with people. I also enjoy listen to their sharing about what they do for their final year project has widen my view regarding things that I don’t get to see often.

4. Any difficulty or problem during the session?
It was slightly hard sometimes listening to what other people say as it was a bit crowded.

The strength of my interviewer was clear in speaking, confident, and able to express their thoughts.

The weaknesses of my interviewer was slightly unclear intonation while delivering their thoughts.

7. How has your involvement in this session affected you?
This involvement has exposed me to interviewing real situation where I may be asked of some critical thinking questions. 

8. What skills have you improved?
Skills that I have improved are such as confidence and critical thinking skills.

Each session were great and awesome.. It was really a great experience for me! 

2.Did you enjoy the session ? How do you know ?

Of course, i am really enjoying it because through out the interview session, i felt very comfortable and nothing to be stressed of.

3. State 1 or 2 things that you liked the most.

- Firstly, i liked the environment during the session. This is because all of us were so passionate to share our experience due to the reasons of coming from different background. 

- Secondly, i felt really happy because all of us were so supportive to each other even though we are coming from different courses.

4. Any difficulty or problem during the session?

Yes. At first, i don't have any confidence because i cannot remember the things that i have written before.. But , everything goes well. Alhamdulillah.

5. What are your strengths and the the strength of your interviewer? 

My strength is that i can speak my idea clearly and ready to receive any critics that can improve myself. Moreover, i am very good in time management. On the other hand, my interview can have clear idea of the topics that they want to share with me.

6. Personal and interviewer's weaknesses. 

My personal weaknesses is that I am very perfectionist that sometime I overworked and get sick. After realizing this, I always plan and start my work early. So, I have enough time to check and improve. For my interviewer, they lack confidence skills to ask the question.However, they always try their best and the effort can be clearly seen.

7. How has your involvement in this session? 

I have given my full involvement in this session and this has equipped myself with better performance in the future interview session.

8. What skills have you improved ?

I have improved my interpersonal skills because i feel more confident now when communicate with other people. Besides, i have learnt how to deal with unexpected situation such as do not remember the points and helps me to speak brilliant ideas with spontaneous way.

3)      State 1 @ 2 things that u liked the most.

This session really helps me to train a better level of confidence in facing future interview situations and learning to control emotions and feelings when I feel nervous.

I also likes the arrangement arranged by Sir Khairul. Very creative, fair and fun. You are a very wise person in regulating. It makes us happy to do it.

 

4)      Any difficulties or problem during the session.

I have problem to speak in English fluently if I get nervous and not confident.

 

5)      What are your strength and the strength of interviewer?

My strength is that I am able to make the interviewer pay me good attention and my conversations are clear.  I am also punctual that I came early to attend the interview session. My interviewer’s strength is they are so friendly and talkative.

 

6)      Personal and interviewer weakness

My weakness is I’ve got little bit nervous and not confident as well. My interviewer weakness are can not speak english properly and stuck. However, they still try to do the best.

 

7)      How has your involvement in this session affected you?

It really influences me to be more prepared and more confident to face any future interviews. With my weakness during this interview session, it affected me to be more careful, confident, enthusiastic and mentally and physically fit.

 

8)      What skills have you improved?

I want to enhance communication skills to be more confident and enthusiastic. Additionally, I want to enhance my creativity in answering questions to look more unique and different from others and having a distinctive style.
