I think a healthy community is one where all community members from children through adults either male, female, etc are given with and have equal access to health care assistance, quality education, safety and security of the area, equal employment opportunities, transportation, and holds sociocultural activities as well as health promotion programs and nutrition. Residents are provided with equal opportunities and assistance to access their daily needs.

Aside from the personal, social, and economic factors that affect health, we also consider environmental factors such as the community we live in, which also has a big impact on our health and well-being. A healthy community is where people are given the opportunity to make healthy choices in a safe environment that is designed to promote the health and well-being of its people. Health in this context includes the full range of the quality of life wherein there are 12 different elements that comprises a healthy community. (1) Access to Health Care and Coverage, wherein the people of the community are provided with affordable, accessible, yet high quality health care. (2) Economic opportunity, (3) Affordable Quality Housing, (4) Educational Opportunity, (5) Community Safety, (6) Environmental Quality, (7) Food Access, (8) Social and Cultural Cohesion, (9) Healthy Community Design, (10) Social Justice, (11) Parks and Recreational Opportunities, and (12) Transportation options. A healthy community is composed of these elements and should demonstrate interconnectedness.

Attached is a diagram that shows the interconnectedness of all elements.
http://vitalysthealth.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Healthy-Communities-and-social-determinants-final.pdf

Lastly, an important aspect to also consider is when the members in the community feel the sense of belonging and inclusiveness.

World Health Organization defines health as the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease. Well-being refers to a good quality of life of an individual, This encompasses one's living standards, environmental status and social participation. Although we have our individual bodies, it is worth noting that our community influences our health big time. It is in a community that one lives and flourishes. The community provides primary care to its citizens like medical, employment, housing and educational needs. As previously discussed, the primary level of health care is composed of barangay and municipal health care that are capable of catering early symptoms care. Hence, a healthy community is a community that provides.

The role of the community in promoting an individual's health isn't only limited to providing the needs of the members. Communities also play a vital role in making the citizens feel a sense of belonging. It is inevitable, especially for us teenagers, to feel lost and unaccepted. Oftentimes, we are too hesitant to air out what we feel as we fear that nobody would listen to us. This is where the community comes in. The community must provide a safe environment for everyone to express themselves and be who they are. A healthy community is an accepting community. A healthy community is a community that cares.

This is what a healthy community looks like for me. One that doesn't operate on its own. One that enables everyone to reach his or her highest potential. One that embraces everyone's capabilities.

A healthy community is one in which local groups from all parts of the community work together to prevent disease and make healthy living options accessible. Working at the community level to promote healthy living brings the greatest health benefits to the greatest number of people. It also helps to reduce health gaps caused by differences in income, education, race and ethnicity, location and other factors that can affect health. Healthy communities commonly have high vaccination rates to protect citizens from diseases and easy access to medical care and healthy food; are designed for healthy living at home, work, and school; and provide good mental health resources. Often, this also means it is safe and easy to walk, bike, and play in parks and community spaces.

Communities are not simply defined by geographic location but refer to a “person’s natural environment - where the person works, plays, and performs other daily activities”. It is where people get access to quality education, quality healthcare, healthy food and other opportunities that promote good health. A good education system enables people to learn vital information especially when it comes to health as well as leading to a better quality of life. A quality healthcare system also acts a support as well as reinforces the various good health practices and agendas. The availability of healthy food and activities leads to better dietary choices and getting enough exercise which in turn results to people having healthier lifestyles. In addition, I believe that a healthy community is also where the people live in harmony with the natural environment. Being one with the environment leads to lower levels of pollution and creating a relaxing atmosphere for de-stressing.

Personally, I think that a healthy community is a place where all the people in it are given sufficient opportunities to care for their own well-being and their own health in a secure and welcoming environment. In a healthy community, residents should be given access to quality education, job opportunities, adequate healthcare services, and other factors that affect a person’s life and the health choices that they make. They are given such things so that they may be able to reach their maximum potential as human beings. Everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, or gender, should be given the same opportunities, since inclusivity is a crucial part of a healthy community. If social injustice were to occur in a community, the people would not feel welcomed and would not feel as if the community values them as individuals. It is very important for a healthy community to not only look out for the health of the people individually but also for the community and whether or not they bring out a healthy culture to the people they are with.

For me, a healthy community is one where all members understand that no man is an island and that they all need to work hand-in-hand in order to improve their conditions and achieve health and well-being for all. Members understand that their actions can affect those in the community and vice versa. This type of community values equality for all--equal chances, equal rights, and equal opportunities. Regardless of age, gender, race, socioeconomic status, etc., everyone has access to the services and medications they might need. Members should be able to feel a sense of security knowing that they can seek and be provided with the services they need in case of an emergency. A healthy community creates an environment that fosters growth and development. This does not only encompass physical health, but rather it takes into consideration the emotional, mental, spiritual, and social aspects of health as well.

This picture showcases what a healthy community means for me. Many different factors are at play, but they are not independent of each other. If you take out one circle, the whole structure will just not be the same anymore. All the circles serve as the foundation of the community, and this can only serve the greater good of the community if everyone has equal access.

As discussed in the previous topic before– a community is non-institutional aggregations of people linked together for common goals or other purposes. While health, as defined by WHO (1994), is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely

the absence of disease or infirmity.

A healthy community is where people work together for health and well-being of all, rather than just focusing on an individual. It is a place where the environment, whether it be physical or social, is continually improved to provide health beneficiaries for all the citizens of the community. There are 10 aspects in what makes a healthy community for its citizens, these are: Health Environment, Safe Environment, Job Training, Employment, Safe, Housing, Health Care Access, Health Education, Public Transportation, Recreation, and Quality Education. These aspects interplay with one another, thereby creating a healthy community; it should be taken into consideration to promote health and well-being for each citizen.

A healthy community is a group of people that are not only physically well, but mentally and socially as well. It is one in which multiple sectors collaborate to improve the conditions that influence our health and well-being. Members of the community help each other out to improve the overall state of the community, especially when there is a member in need. An example about a healthy community is when an individual has been diagnosed with COVID, s/he is obligated to seek medical help instead of staying at home to infect those around him/her. S/he feels that if she does not go to the hospital, her entire community may have a high possibility of catching the virus. Each member affects each other in some sort of way, kind of like an interrelated relationship. Peace within the community is also a very important factor in order for the community to be healthy.

A healthy community is defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as one that is “continuously creating and improving those physical and social environments and expanding those community resources that enable people to support each other in performing all the functions of life and in developing to their maximum potential.”

Efforts to build healthier communities begin locally, including the people (i.e. family, neighborhood, stakeholders, elected officials) working together to address the health of their community. Building and supporting community environments that make healthy choices easy, available, and affordable is critical to helping people achieve and maintain good health. Designing a healthy community challenges individuals, communities, and professionals to work together to assess, address, and change both the behaviors of a population of individuals and the conditions that affect their health.

Retrieved from:
https://goodandhealthysd.org/wp-content/themes/GoodAndHealthySD/communitytoolkit/files/Foundation/GHCommunityToolKit-HealthyCommunity.pdf

My idea of a healthy community is where everyone is treated fairly, everyone treat with respect and everyone has access to their own individual needs and essential to attain healthy life and well-being.

A community is composed with different ages of groups which has varying necessity and it is important that the different ages of the groups have access to their needs. Children and adolescence in a community must acquire good quality education, healthy nutrition and they a proper place where they can perform physical activity to promote better body functioning and increased strength. People that belong to adulthood are also important that they have access to a quality health care and community resources intended for exercises or physical activity to improve health and reduce the risk of developing diseases. More importantly, the people in the community must have greater opportunity for adequate employment to provide their essential and needs, especially for the family.

To attain a healthy community, each member in the community should do their part to obtain unity in the community. If each member of the community contributes to the betterment of the community, the community has a good environment and well-prepared for any calamities. The environmental resources of the community should also be taken into account for it provides the basic need of each in the community.

The picture below shows a clear and concise concept and information about what a healthy community must be.

I believe that other aspects should also be considered since they play a role in contributing to the overall health and well-being of the community. Since we are talking about community, I believe that the social factor
is an essential aspect. It is important to maintain positive and civil relations among members.
To do so, each individual should be sensitive to others' needs, concerns, preferences, culture, etc.

My perspective of a healthy community also ensures that their physical and natural environment are healthy and clean as well as it may affect their quality of life. For example, shore pollution may bring about illnesses to those living in those areas. An ideal healthy community also ensures that the environment accommodates everyone and promotes equity by providing opportunities for those who are having difficulties.

A healthy community stems from the unified and interactive nature of its members. It can be depicted in a multitude of scenarios such as access
to basic necessities, no pollution, employment
and education security, proper implementation of policies, valuing health care and a whole lot more. It's considered as a
safe space for a lot of people since there is equity -proper allocation of goods especially to those who are in need. All
these won't be possible if it weren't for the successful relay of information from one
person to another. This way, issues are being addressed, efforts are being matched.A healthy community is not limited to the physical aspect. It dives through each individuals internal force that pushes them
to belong and be a part of the community where there is peace and enables them to
promote health and well-being

A healthy community can be measured both ways. Visually and Statistically. Visually because we can always identify the faults and flaws
through observations and seeing it through the news. We perceive a certain situation,
experience its intensity, consider it as a problem and eventually find ways to solve
it. Statistically because there exists records and data gathered by statistics authorities that traces health trends throughout the
community. This can be available online or
acquiring records from the barangay.

Balance is arguably the most important aspect of life. When thinking about the individual, this is referred to as homeostasis. A state of equilibrium between interdependent elements. A severe loss of homeostasis would be detrimental to one' health.

The community is no exception to this rule. Just as all variables must find balance for an individual to function, so must individuals find balance for their community to function. This concept is observable in many ways within a community through the promotion of things like equality, healthy eating habits, regular check-ups, environmental organizations, fitness, and countless others. As we've learned, the term "health" is composed of such an array of variables that there are endless ways to measures a community's health, but perhaps the best way would just be to simply observe its balance which will tell you whether the community is healthy or not.

The basis of a healthy community is harmony. When I think f a healthy community, I don't only narrow the picture down to physically healthy members, but I see a community where people have access to resources and services in which they can better themselves, and, in turn, contribute to the community . A community where mortality rates are balanced, crime rates are lower and quality of living is high are just some of the of the indicators of a healthy community, in my opinion.

A healthy community is able to come together because individually, they are healthy - physically, mentally and socially. This unity is seen in the interaction of its members, the services community leaders provide to uplift them, and the equally available opportunities for everyone to contribute to the community's progress. And when a group diverse individuals come together to achieve the same goals, progress follows. So as long as this harmony and the natural balance in the community isn't disrupted, everything flows and everybody is happy.

A healthy community does not only depend on its people but also on the environment that they live in. The health of a person is a product of his or her environment. It is a prosperous community if people have access to health care, education, housing, jobs, transportation, physical activity and nutrition. A healthy community leads to growth and development of its people. Each one of us in a community has his or her set of strengths and weaknesses, but as we come together we would be able to eliminate our weaknesses and enhance our strengths.

Every individual has a responsibility to ensure that the other people around them are happy and in harmony. We must look after the people that surround us and share with them even the little things we have, without expecting something in return. We can spread love and kindness even in the smallest gestures we make because the more we share, the more love and gratitude will be shown to us at the end of the day.

Furthermore, unity is very important to build a healthy community. Maintaining peace and order is no simple task because the relationship between individuals can be broken by a single misunderstanding. If we continue to strengthen unity, tensions between different races and religions would fade out, and people can live happily together. Just like the saying goes “United we stand, divided we fall”, so it is only when individuals put behind their differences and work for a shared purpose that they can all achieve great success.

A healthy community is a product of the communal effort made by the members of the community. This effort aims to prevent disease and disability, increase quality of life among residents, equal access of education and resources, and promote health. This effort can be seen through the community's unified action/s to achieve its aim/s, and it can be seen in the form of an activity, program, law, and/or policy. Thus, a healthy community is where its members exert a communal effort to achieve an environment conducive for living.

To measure the health within a community, there is a method which quantifies and analyzes the population trend of a community. This is called vital statistics. Vital statistics can collect data of the community's death rate, birth rate, and morbidity rate. These data can be translated into the community's progression and severity of a health event (e.g. a particular disease prevalent in the area) which in turn determines the health of its members.

There are a lot of factors other than physical health that contribute to being overall healthy like psychological, social, environmental, and emotional. A healthy community is something that is only achievable if everyone works actively together. Not only does it mean that everybody is not ill but also helping one another rise up from adversities. A healthy community is a place where differences in economic status is present and acknowledged however there is equity. Meaning, those that need more are given more than those who are able to provide for themselves. A healthy community is also a place where people cooperate and give their fair share in maintaining peace and order in the place.

A healthy community is possible when there is a collaborative effort in improving and promoting not only health care, but also transportation, education, employment and a clean and safe environment. This allows for the improvement of the people's health and wellbeing. Aside from meeting the basic needs of people like food, water, shelter, safety and income, there should be access to a variety of experiences that allows for interactions within the community. A healthy community should also be prepared by allowing the people to be in good physical shape, have proper vaccinations, have access to health services and medication as well as know the emergency contacts for critical situations. Engagement within the community can also boost a person's wellbeing and can result to a better quality of life.

As individuals, we are unique and have ideas and beliefs that are different from one another. By sharing and combining these ideas, we can create a place where there is support and harmony. Unfortunately, these differences can also cause animosity within communities. It is important that everyone be open-minded and accepting of the variety of beliefs each person has. Anyhow, it would be dull if we all thought and acted the same way.

In my opinion, we can measure how healthy a community is by how active and cooperative the people are. If they are willing to attend barangay meetings, it means that the environment cultivated within that community is a safe place for one to share his/her ideas and concerns and has a strong sense of camaraderie.

Community on the other hand refers to the group of people living in the same area that share a common interest, attitude, and goals.
Healthy community is what the name says it is, it is a community free of any problems which may destroy it or tear the community apart. A health community is not only a community where the people are free from disease and worry but is a community which the people supports each other. By being part of a health community it's not about you, I, or me it's about "us", yes the physical, mental, and economic state of the community is important to have a "healthy community" on paper but by having people supporting each other is much more reflective of what a healthy community is. It's not about the status, the money, the color, nor the gender a community is and should be for everyone regardless of who you are and that sums up what a healthy community.

We are all aware of how important our environment is, and a healthy community acknowledges that aspect. Having a clean environment prevents the risks of deadly diseases brought upon by various insects, and pests. Not only that, it is more convenient to live in a society where proper sanitation is present. I imagine that a healthy community knows how to preserve nature, and even takes the extent to take care of it.

ACCESS:
In a healthy community, everyone has the right to access basic human needs. A healthy community wouldn’t be complete without the unity of its people. A community where people don’t think for themselves but also the concerns of other. It is a place where people work freely and express their thoughts and rights. Where their opinions and ideas are always respected, a healthy community where it always think for the best of the people. Unity is a key factor to when you can say its a healthy community. Unity comes with different mission but with one goal. To be part of a healthy community you should play your role as an individual, to always help other people, to help each one grow. A perfect growth of a health community is a success to the people who belongs to it. In a healthy community people always follows rules and regulation without hesitations. People who thinks what they can share and contribute for the growth and development of their community. In times of emergency they are the first respondents, the help because they are concern to others.

We all yearn to live in a healthy community.

Living in an unhealthy community makes one highly susceptible in contracting life-threatening diseases. This is not only limited to medical ailments but can also be developed through one’s relationship within the community.

It’s true that an ideal healthy community is one where residents can feel safe even in their most vulnerable times. A place where our children can roam free without worry. However, in my opinion, there’s more than meets the eye when it comes to describing a healthy community.

A healthy community is created when its residence have a place they can call home. A place they can feel safe enough to lower their guard. A place to obtain quality education, quality healthcare services and therefore, live a quality life. Living in a healthy community allows people to grow and prosper, be it through their careers, social groups, or talents. Therefore, it essential for its residence to embrace whatever differences they may have in order for the community to become as one.

ONE- The community must work together as ONE in order to achieve the desirable healthy community. This can be done by participating and engaging in local community activities. Ones that create and promotes healthy living and respectful relationships within different social circles. Living in a healthy community means we should accept and respect others and consequently, share love and kindness to one another. In doing so, we will be able to live life to the fullest with love for others.

This will not be achieved without the communication and cooperation of the whole community. We can’t rely on only ourselves in achieving a healthy community. We must all do our part and create the ideal healthy community for our families and for the future to come.

Each community has its own definition of being a part of a healthy community. The process of a health community is as crucial as its results and being in a healthy community is driven by their own established principles to instill their objectives for a balanced environment. This is wherein people unite for the purpose of upheaving themselves and their relationships with their family and friends. It produces rhythms of diversity, distribution of resources, and molding their future possibilities. Its significance focuses on the initiations taken by the community to improve the well-being of its members. It is all about creating or designing a construct for communities to establish beneficial quality of lives for all people. It proposes to unify people of all ages, ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds wherein they could thrive, work, worship, and play. Healthy communities promote health and well-being of its members by creating programs aimed at transforming people and their health-related practices. It fosters equity and strong economic and employment opportunities to support the livelihood of the individuals. To build a foundation, it focuses on education for instilling knowledge as to what a healthy community consists of and what individuals can do to create a balanced environment. A healthy community provides quality health care and preventive health services. Providing such is indispensable task to initiate. Starting with providing health-related services, medical professionals could educate and regulate the people of the community about their health and what they can do to sustain a healthy lifestyle and thrive as citizens of good health. This may be done through health-related programs.

I imagine a healthy community as an environment; both physical and social, that fosters engagement, opportunities, and support all aimed to promote wellness. I believe that the health of a community is not only dependent on its residents, but also on the environment that they live in. So it is important for a healthy community to have a safe and clean environment paired with the residents’ access to quality education, adequate employment, health facilities, and physical nutrition. As in the words of Nozick, “A more holistic concept of health recognizes the influence of the social, economic, psychological and environmental well-being of the community on people’s health.” The level of health in a community can be assessed by data collection through statistics, demography, and vital statistics.

When there is respect, love and harmony in the community, I consider it healthy. A healthy community does not only consist of healthy individuals but also the environment they live in (if it is clean and safe), how they value each other, and if each individual is provided with quality education, a comfortable home, a safe environment for all with a good means of transportation. A healthy community looks after each other. I believe that ‘bayanihan’ should be present also where people help each other because a healthy community = healthy relationships.

When can you say a community is healthy? More often than not, we think of a healthy community as having a healthy environment. It is one where equal and sufficient resources are available to all, provision of quality health care services with effective health processes are accessible, and there is a balance between different scopes within the community. Well, there isn't a community who does not encounter such illnesses or disruptions in their activities. However, it is labeled as healthy when they improve health in trying to face significant health challenges by having a broad community conversation that focuses on where the system could be failing. Now this is where the data or the vital statistics become relevant to assess and evaluate how the community is doing, monitoring the population’s health status, and which aspect should be given the highest priority. Through this tool, we are able to measure the level of health for a community in planning, implementation and evaluation of any health program. The data generated from this tool serves as a basis in creating well-improved and effective health programs that’ll tend to the immediate needs of the community whose main goal is to promote health and prevent disease.

However, although they are trying to take action towards these health challenges, people find it difficult to label the community as healthy because of various anomalies and discrepancies in the process which is why it is important to create programs that are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound). More so, it is important to educate the people and practice discipline upon ourselves for the good of all.

You may refer to the first link in getting to know more about community health needs assessments leading to clear directions for healthy communities, and the second (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1qSys7vy_g) to get to learn more of what others' idea of a healthy community is and tell me what do you think about it? A healthy community is a vital part for maintaining a healthy life, as they provide an environment that influence you greatly especially when dealing about things that relate to taking care of one’s health.
All of its people who are part of the community can have equal access when it comes to having health essentials and having access to quality health care facilities. In addition to having quality health care, providing people an access of quality education, safe and healthy homes, adequate employment, and nutrition can also help promote and maximize the health and well-being of its members. It is important that all of us have equal opportunities.

My definition or concept of a healthy community goes beyond the idea of having fit and healthy members. A healthy community for me means there is harmony and respect among individuals. Having a healthy system and interpersonal relationships lead to a positively thriving community. A healthy community also provides equal opportunities for all its members (healthcare, work, education, access to food and water, etc.) who are not bounded and segregated by status, background, race, etc. Health does not only limit to the physiological aspect, rather it gives the same importance to the mental, spiritual, and social aspect and well being.

A healthy community is wherein you as an individual will have the space to grow and have the space to develop. Wherein you can promote change, and be an advocate for change. A healthy community does not merely talk about the absence of the disease in the community but for me, a healthy community is wherein everyone is being treated well and equally. Wherein the amount of wealth and the position is not a basis in getting your rights. A healthy community provides each member with a space to develop without being judged. A healthy community allows individuals to access the resources may it be for education, necessities of individuals, and also our health care system. I believe that a healthy community is wherein an individual feels safe and secure, safe in a way that he or she feels that she belongs to something, wherein he or she can feel the support in his or her surroundings.

These qualities can be seen by the provision of safe residential and public spaces as well as safe transportation.

A community's overall health says a lot about the people in that particular community. First, I emphasized eat well, move more and live better mainly because that is what a healthy community means for me.

Health, as we've always reiterated, encompasses physical, mental and social well-being, beyond the existence of a disease. Now, there isn't an all too perfect of a community. But there's a big difference between a community that tries to become healthy and one that doesn't care at all (cough). A healthy community offers the opportunity for its people to be able to access the basic human resources including food, shelter, clean air and water, as well as but not limited to, education, income and social supports; live in this environment that is safe and free from violence, discrimination and oppression; and, puts emphasis on promoting and valuing health ensuring access of it by all members needed for optimal functioning, that is a healthy community to me. A healthy community goes beyond the health care system, a healthy community is when all the members, with none left behind to suffer, are able to eat well, move more and live better.

Cedro, Lorenz Marie V.
BSOT - 1B

Community health is a medical specialty that focuses on the physical and mental well-being of the people in a specific geographic region. This important subsection of public health includes initiatives to help community members maintain and improve their health, prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and prepare for natural disasters (Brooks, 2019).
Elements of a Healthy Community include:

· Access to health care and coverage

· Affordable quality housing

· Economic opportunity

· Educational opportunity

· Environmental quality

· Food access

· Health community design

· Parks and recreational opportunities

· Social and cultural cohesion

· Social justice

· Transportation options
Everybody has the right to live in a healthy community and for us to achieve such would require the cooperation and participation of everyone.

For me, a healthy community is beyond the quality of medical care they have. It reflects on the environmental and social factors that promote well being of the people who reside there. It is a place where everyone has equitable access to the resources they need like access to quality education, safe and healthy homes, transportation, adequate employment, physical activity, nutrition, and access to quality health care. Also, a healthy community should be free from any form of oppression and depression.

Being a part of a community, multiple sectors should collaborate, people must do their best to help each other, and work with one another to ensure that everyone gets what they deserve, and are given the opportunity to make healthy choices. Making sure that everyone living there is provided with a high quality of life.

- TRADIO, Mikhaela A. BSOT 1A

When one tries to reflect on the current events that are taking place in the immediate community, the metro, and even on a national level, we all wish and hope and pray for one thing: a community that is pandemic free.

When I try to reflect on that, I happen to associate it with a healthy community. One that is safe and sound, free from the terrors of the affliction of the virus. One where its people — of all ages from different socioeconomic backgrounds have access to quality healthcare. Of course, one where people are healthy.

But it really doesn’t stop there, does it?

When we try to look at things in a holistic light, it means so much more than the physicality.

A healthy community is a safe haven for its people where they allow themselves to grow and where they freely engage and participate in occupations that are meaningful for them — a safe space for them freely be themselves.

A healthy community is an avenue that is able to offer and provide for opportunities that allow people to strengthen their knowledge — an avenue where there is access to quality education without having to worry about financial responsibilities.

Ultimately, a healthy community is where perhaps your heart can rest easy in, because you are ensured the best support from every aspect there is.

And when people have equal access to all these, that is when it truly becomes a healthy community.

A healthy community for me is one in which local groups from all parts of the community work together to prevent diseases from occurring and be able to make healthy living options accessible. Working together with the community in promoting healthy living brings the greatest health benefits to a larger amount of people. It will also help in reducing health gaps that are caused by differences in race and ethnicity, income, location, level of education attained and other factors that can affect health. In addition to that, a healthy community is observed when free access to health care services is provided, because I strongly believe that access to health care services is a right and should never be considered a privilege.

ARCALES
BSOT 1-A

A healthy community for me would be one one that has enough security and safety for all the people, enough facilities such as hospitals and clinics, and has access on affordable healthy foods, clean air, clean water and quality education. A healthy community is all what we need as a human being living in the community, we are all seeking a livable and peaceful community for our family. The community is a reflection of the people thus, a healthy community makes people healthy and happy. If a community promotes respect and equality then the people will also be respectful and equal to everyone. It is important that a community leader will upholds the law and promotes peace and unity among people. It is the prime duty of the community leader to take good care of the welfare of the people.

Andrade, Kathrina R.
BSOT 1 - A
