2) With directives from district, we structured a calendar for staff to still provide grade level and Professional Learning Community time.  
3) Our priority was SEL for staff and students, so thanks to our access to technology, we were able to have SEL lessons, focused on topics that would empower and support our girls.  We also provided and SEL faculty meeting each week that focused on wellness or interest. 
4) Our teachers provided office hours to help support the academic and SEL needs.  All lessons were provided on our BLEND platform.  Students were monitored weekly during our Student Support and Child Study Teams.  
5) We set up a common place where all staff members documented student needs with technology, resources or other. 1)As a campus we pushed through with BLEND as our main platform for academics with teachers having flexibility with student weekly communication through other forms (e.g., phone, emails, Zoom).
2) Teachers followed district academic expectations set up through the Austin ISD learning from home webpage. 
3) Teachers set up virtual conference periods and academic times from 8:00-4:00 to provide services to students (academic or wellbeing). 
4) The teachers followed essential TEKs for core content areas provided by the district. 
5) Technology needs were still an issue and some students were being served through working packets. 
6) Teachers were provided online remote learning PD throughout the process on how to best serve students.

We were ahead of the game and the majority of the students had access to technology. Our Technology Design Coach has been a great support system to our staff, alongside our Literacy Coach. With that support system in place, we have built capacity with staff and they have collaborated for professional growth. It has given them a new outlook on the benefits of technology and confidence in their delivery because they have been able to share ideas, enhance their tool kit and be creative with voice and choice.
