The product concept implies that consumers prefer products with sufficient quality as well as the best performance and functionality, which is an important concept for providing customers with the best products to meet their demands and expectations.

For companies, the product concept is essential for exploring the possibilities of the work and developing new ideas and serves as the backbone for product design. In other words, the concept is the 'idea' behind the product.

eg. Apple’s release of iPhone 14 Pro Max had a major improvement in camera quality compared to previous models (Apple, 2022).

2. Regular Software Updates (IOS)
Apple has always released software updates regularly to ensure smooth performance and high security with bug fixes of the iPhone.
eg. Recently, Apple has released a software update IOS 16.6.1 with security fixes as per Forbes (2023).

eg. Based on the statistical data from (Hokky, L.A. and Bernarto, I., 2021) it was found that ‘Indonesia reached 171 million consumers in 2019’ and is estimated to reach ‘256.1 million users by 2025’. 

4. Customer feedback
By allowing the use of feedback from their customers it gives Apple specific insights for how they can keep their consumers satisfied through enhancing their products.
