         <description><![CDATA[<p>TO avoid feeling stressed or anxious, I get up with a goal in mind. I pray and thank for a new day of life. I don't check social networks before work, I focus on positive actions. I accept that I'm not perfect, and I learn from my mistakes. I listen to lifting music and take a hot shower. After a long day, I take a 30-minute nap, and relax my mind by thinking about wonderful memories. I try to see the positive side of life. I practice gratitude; I try to share with others what life and God give me. That makes people around me feel important. I avoid wasting my time on the media. I prefer reading and enriching my mind.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>To feel mentallly and physically healthy, i follow good habits every day. I drink a glass of water as soon as I wake up. I make my bed and keep my room organized. I spend some time outdoors and enjoy fresh air. I exersice regularly to keep my body strong. I eat nutritious meals and avoid excessive sugar. I don´t eat a lot of junk food because I want to stay healthy. I don´t stay up late at night because I need enough sleep. I don´t worry about things I can´t control. I read a few pages of a book every day to strimulate my mind. I spend quality time with my family and friends. I limit my screen time and take breaks from technology. I don´t surround myself with negative people. I don´t ignore my goals, and I work hard every day to achieve them. These habits help me feel happier, stronger, and more confident.</p>]]></description>
