He coincidentally stumbled upon Hae's body? 

Evidence 1: It was proven that Hae's body was very well hidden and hard to find yet Mr. S found her on accident? No- he probably knew where the body was because he helped hide it.

Evidence 1: Feb 12. an anonymous caller phones the police and tells them to look at Adnan as a suspect.

Evidence 2: Adnan's phone records show evidence of him being in Leakin Park where Hae's body was found.

Evidence 2: Jay's story changes multiple times throughout the trials. This is done because he took a plea deal with the government to help blame Adnan. Maybe this was his plan the entire time?

Adnan- Was upset about his breakup so he murdered her. 

Jay-  Doesn't like Adnan's relationship with his girlfriend so he kills Hae with the idea that he is going to frame Adnan.

Jan 13- Hae goes missing

Feb 9- A guy stopping to take a leak in a city park finds Hae's body in the woods.

Feb 12.- An anonymous caller tells police to look at Adnan as a suspect.


Feb 27- Jenn goes back to the detectives. She says Jay told her that Adnan killed Hae.

Feb. 28- Jay's first interview with detectives. He tells them Adnan showed him Hae's body. He leads them to Hae's car.
Adnan is arrested.

Sep 7- Jay signs an agreement pleading guilty to accessory after the fact of the first degree murder of Hae Min Lee.

Feb 25 2000-  Adnan is convicted of first degree murder.

Jun 6- Adnan is sentenced to life plus 30 years.
