         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>The system is confusing - very poor UI. No reason we can't get with them to make it better, smoother, and clearer.</p></li><li><p>Goals should be Fully Complete by 12/31 and fully approved by HR. We should never be changing goals this year that are for last year. </p></li><li><p>There should be standards given to managers for what the numbers mean. 3.0 "Meets All" needs to be a high standard, for example... There seems to be grade inflation in my looking backwards.</p></li><li><p>My team wants access to the Self Eval system in early January.</p></li><li><p>The entire Review process should be done far earlier in the year. Some linger until May &amp; June. That's far, far too long to be useful.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>You also need to allow room for growth. I had managers at my last CU who rated employees very highly to avoid tough conversations. Even brand new employees were rated highly. No one is a 5.0 in their first year. Allow growth</p>]]></description>
