Being physically active can strengthen muscles and bones.
Bones are living tissue. Weight-bearing physical activity causes new bone tissue to form, and this makes bones stronger. This kind of physical activity also makes muscles stronger. Bones and muscles both become stronger when muscles push and tug against bones during physical activity.
https://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/bonehealth/conditioninfo/activity

Being physically active can help you meet new people.
A new study suggests that a simple solution for the impulsive child is physical activity. Researchers identified that the brain controls inhibitory control which regulates impulsive behavior. The research also found a link between neurocognitive functions relating to eating behaviors and exercise. In other words, physical activity in school has a positive influence on impulsive eating and actions.
https://peacefulplaygrounds.com/benefits-of-physical-activity-in-school/
