They are used in all places where there is education, these materials are used for all students especially those who study online. There are a lot of online learning resources that allow students to facilitate and create learning environments more suited to their needs. Since technology is widely disseminated, students can be resourceful and more active in their learning. (Lebenicnik, 2015) We have a variety of learning resources for example:

· Video lectures

· Tutorials

· Online courses

· E books

· Learning tools

· Mind maps

· Quizzes

· Web 2.0

Evaluation is a constituent element of teaching and learning processes, and as such, it is essential to produce information that allows students to recognize successes and difficulties in their process and act accordingly, implementing study and learning strategies.

As indicated by Del Moral, Pérez and Villalustre Martínez (2013), the evaluation of learning in virtual environments implies a systemic process that implies that the teacher reviews the pedagogical model that provides a framework for their training activity, that selects strategies and tools that allow to verify the evolution and the real progress achieved by the students.

The design of the evaluation is closely related to the teaching methodology used. Depending on how the evaluation is considered when designing the process, it can be perceived as a judgment or as an opportunity to learn.

When educators talk about evaluating learning environments, the perspective is completely different, therefore, it is very important to keep in mind what content is going to be evaluated in online learning environments.

If educators want to evaluate learning resources for students, teachers must take into account the following contents to consider when evaluating learning sources.

· Authorship

· Objectives

· Links and reference

· Accuracy

· Publication

That is why teachers need to evaluate to measure results and evaluate their impact, and sometimes educators ask how and to what extent learning resources make a difference. Teachers should also evaluate in order to disseminate the results, i.e. inform stakeholders of the result. It is vital and important to assess the following aspects in online learning environments:

· Attractive

· Comprehensibility

· Acceptability

· Self-participation

· Call to action

Teachers when evaluating other components should keep in mind that it is important to ask questions to be objective with the evaluation. An inadequate evaluation, the result of which often prevents or hinders the quality of the didactic accompaniment of the course. Such is the case when teachers are required to take courses that are implemented in virtual environments to include exams, tests and the like as evaluation techniques, even in those cases where this means sacrificing coherence between objectives and expected results or when students are expected to achieve high-level thinking skills, but then the evaluation only focuses on lower levels (Dorrego, 2006).

It is the whole environment that surrounds the student, in the aulic context, that focuses not only on the student, but also on the content.

They are to increase and encourage learning through different tools such as the internet, emails, websites and other platforms. Objectives should be made according to their student needs these objectives should be able to provide central attention to students, all students should stay in touch with teachers no matter where they are because virtual learning environments facilitate and help teachers prepare class material and store it safely. One of the main goals is to program the facilities and allow students to connect from anywhere.

Today our students have more opportunities through learning resources for example:

· Entertainment through virtual resources

· Communication from different places where the students are.

· Instant information

· Collaboration

· Multimedia

· New skills

· Strategies

· New techniques that student acquire

· Positive attitude

· Increase motivation

It is really important how to influence students to achieve goals so that students are motivated towards learning.
