I usually get up at 8 in the morning, I usually have breakfast, bread, chocolate, eggs and cheese. Then I shower and change, and I do my university work or go to work. When I go to work I walk since it's close to me. I have lunch at 12 or 1 in the afternoon, I usually have rice, meat, potatoes, salad and juice, then I take a nap and go out to play soccer with my friends. I return home at 6 p.m.

At home we have oatmeal cookies for dinner at 9 pm, then I watch TV or chat with my friends. I go to sleep at 10 p.m. On weekends I work from 8 in the morning to 12 noon.
