_{^{I think for me personally it was the themed/personal project in year one that really allowed me to explore myself and my practice. I differentiate the two given that I feel we are only connected by the context, with that highlighting my passion for LGBTQ+ rights within mainstream media, given that I am a part of that community. I trust year one gave me the opportunity to creatively connect myself to the artists successfully, as it allowed me to explore unfamiliar processes to art making, i.e digital A/R. Adapting this method introduced a key ways in which I could highlight the context around my work and my concerns with digital mainstream media. I consider this approach worked successfully and will continuing to explore these ideas into year two.
