         <description><![CDATA[<p>Misinformation:</p><p>While what he has to say may be somewhat beneficial and can help motivate and inspire others to live healthier and work out, he doesn't have any sources on where he quotes his information. While he did state that we need 4,000 milligrams of potassium from the USDA, he wasn't exactly right with that given number. It actually states that we need 4,700 milligrams of potassium. His intentions are good, but this can be misleading to others. </p>]]></description>
