Alyssa’s thoughts on the group activity!

I thought this activity was fun but more challenging then I thought! At first, we thought it would be best to take turns one number at a time, highlighting the numbers in order. We only got to number 19! We then thought it would be faster to just count up three from the number we started at. This was more sucessful! Although we had some technical issues with the grid, we found a sucessful strategy as a group!

This game was definitely harder than I would have expected. Here we were, three adult women, giggling over how bad we were at it! We were a little confused about the rules the first round but then wcame up with the strategy of using multiples of our original number order, so we could be searching for our next number while the others were on their turn. This helped. Despite some technical difficulties, we learned to strategize together!

This game reminded me of the first game we had to play together as a team. It took us a few tries to figure it out, but through effective communication, and strategy implementation, we were able to do it. I think this is a good game for students to play because it is great for team building.
