This is a much better solution than moderators(freeing them to be full participants) and hand raising. It would create a gift economy where people pass recognition back and forth rather than compete for attention. I have elaborated it my whitepaper including many applications. But I need to discuss these ideas, please come help me conceptualize this essential tool. Wish we we're using it for this!

Online surveys can be a great tool, but it isn’t always easy or convenient to achieve good response rates, make sure to hear from all key groups, share the results etc.
