Moreover, I have some friends that had an Erasmus experience before and they told me that it is the most incredible experience they have ever had. So, I want to live it and I am so excited to meet people, to know how to live by myself, without my parents. Another usual question is: why now? My answer always is: why not? I mean, I know there is a Covid-19 pandemic but maybe when it ends, there is another one or even aliens invade us ;) . Although I've never been away for 6 months, I've been 2 weeks working alone in Deutschland. The first week I was a bit homesick but then I didn't want to leave. I love my family and I am sure I will miss them, but I am also sure that I will love this experience. So, I think it is the moment to know how to live alone for so long and don't have to depend on my parents. I think this is the main challenge I will face. You can meet a lot of people in the public space of a hostel and if you are lucky, you can also establish a really good relationship with your partner room. I really like knowing people and i find all these advices very useful for socializing. So, I don't think I would never do any of them. Also at university we can know people. Many times people think they won't get hurt or they won't need help. However, knowing what to do in this occasions is definitely necessary. You never know what can happen to you. I took a flight insurance last year and it was useful, because of the pandemic. We couldn't travel and the flight company gave us the money back. I think if I take the insurance travel in my Erasmus stay, I will be more relaxed, because if I get sick or I hurt myself, it will be paid by this insurance.
