  • The big house is too dark and that is what makes the boy scared.
  • The characters are in a big house made of old wood on the edge of town. When we read it, we were a little bit scared like the older boy.
  • No because the boy was standing in the shadows of the kitchen’s door while the narrator was in the light. Because the little boy was the Click-Clack, and this tip of mounster were made of dark and they come when you don’t pay attention.

  • Click-Claks come from de dark and are probably made of darkness. They come in when you are not paying attention and they take you back to their lair. Then the monster sucks it out through the holes where your eyes used to be. Once you are just bones and skin, they hang you up on a hook, and you rattle in the wind. We get all this information thanks to the little kid.
  • Yes, we did. The narrator refers to him as a wise boy who is not scared, but he used to say he was a little boy, immature, and scared.
  • At the end, the boy is described as a precocious because after that, they entered to the attic and someone pulled the older kid inside.
  • Why was the kid at the house his sister inherited and moved in? Why did the little kid have a bedroom if it was the first time they were sleeping there? Why was the narrator’s girlfriend outside with her roommates if she was going to pass the night with him?
  • We think those fingers were the little boy’s fingers because he was already holding his hand before they entered to the attic and the narrator describes those fingers as small.
  • Yes, we did because from the beginning we noticed that the boy was always standing and talking from the dark. And when he started talking about the click-clack he sounded very informed and convinced about the information he was giving. Also at the beginning of the story, the boy says that he is going to his room but then we were told that, that night was the first night they were sleeping at that house.

    The story started like a normal one but later it’s like a tense and scary story. At first there was a very little light but then was totally black.
