Health Concepts: Before i stared investigating about hypertension I don't really know deeply what was about, and the causes that affects in your health. The class of science have helped me learned more about this disease cause they are some things that i need to be aware in my life cause they may be some common disease that some people have developed. I have learned hypertension is the high blood pressure, weight and height. This may have been true in the past, but these days, affects people of all ages. The force of blood exerted against the walls of the arteries as the blood travels to all parts of the body. Blood pressure is generated by the heart's pumping action.

Abilities/Skills practiced: I have learned a lot of skills while making all the different projects we have done in digital expression and science. I discover new webpages, photoshop, have learned different stuff about editing, and have more experience in iMovie while doing videos, and looking tutoring in youtube to learned more about.

Team Work: I have learned that working in team work has a lot of responsibility in each member, cause each one is in charge of one specific task. We can each team need to have a leader, that reminds the whole team. Working in team work, its a great idea but sometimes its just a problem that all members contribute for some reason.

Health Concepts: In our desease hypertention. I learned that most of the patinets dont figure they have it until its too late. Since this desease doesnt have symtoms its impossible to know if you have it too. We recommend to have a yearly check-up since having hypertention is having high blood pressure and that can lead to diabites.

Abilities/Skills: I learned how to control our voices and sounds in audios. How to make an advertisment and use the tecnics to convince people. I also learned how to edit a video with movement and take pictures. Since we learned to edit videos and audio we also covered the pictures too.We used many programs like audacity, photoshoop, and gimp. This helped in other projects like making infographics we could apply everything.

Teamwork: Sometimes it was good since we were organized but mostly our team didnt have time to work on many projects and mostly one or two of us did all the work. We could improve by having time to organizing ourselves

and having time to work on the projects as a team. Do the work equally.

This project was very useful to learn everything about a disease; in this case hypertension. Now I know its causes (kidney problems, birth control pills, drugs) , some symptoms (dull head aches dizzy spells, etc) , facts, people affected (6530-13645 adults), treatment options, etc. and this motivated me to be more cautious about my health and about daily check-ups. This disease is about high blood pressure and it doesn't have any symptoms, so you don't know when you have it.

In the Digital Expression Class I practiced many different abilities and skills. We worked in applications such as Photoshop, iMovie and Garageband. Now I know how to edit videos and sounds, also how to make cut-aways. I learned how to make infographics and now I know how to upload videos in YouTube. This class was very useful to take advantage of my laptop and its applications.

My experience of working in teams this time was sometimes good, but others bad. I learned that to deliver a good project you need attitude and organisation. Sometimes I was like the leader of the team and the one who pushed each member to do her work.

In health concepts i learned many things but more about hypertension that is my disease i learned that hypertension is a high blood pressure illness that is caused because of the arteries have high blood and these causes high blood pressure, i learned that there are many ways that you can prevent getting sick like exercising eating healthy not being stressed all the time also sleeping well going to daily check ups. In these project i learned how to gather information and summarize it in a way that you don't take the authors rights also i learned how to edith crop paste change images and videos to make them look better in the video editing i learned how to make the audio better for better sound for a more professional touch. At first i didn't know how to use patlet or many computer programs because i didn't like computer software but then as i practice more and more i learned how to use them with the help of the teacher and my team mates also these softwares help us make our life easier in many ways yo make the things faster and better with the right programs. I learned many things about working as a team i learned that you have to be more organized and also organize yourself with them to help them in the project or team i learned that is better doing everything as a team because you can do your work better and faster and when investigating each one has different aspects to go over and cover up the hole team and have a more complete project, in many other projects also for example if you dont get along with your team you have to try to get along with them so the team wont split up.
