i agree to some point, im going to go into the chemical engineering field, iv recently read about a bacterial developed in a lap that eats plastic and would be of great help when it comes to pollution and i think that that the engineers skills would be of great help to further develop the bacteria and find the flaws and problems with it before it is used for its intended purpose, that would help in preventing problems before they even starts
