There is far too much information (adverts, text and images) on the home page (and every other page). It becomes to difficult for the viewer to find what they are after so they will prefer to exit the site than to continue looking. Things are often repeated and nothing is under any clear titles or head lines, so it all seems to blend into one large paragraph. The vital info isn't displayed clearly (like location, help, phone etc...) so the user has to go looking for it. Adverts even interrupting the main text and articles, distracting the viewers attention.
