I will work on these within practical sessions and i am also taking GCSE math, and i will be working on WEST 1/2 an hour weekly, which will help boost my confidence on them.

Knife Cuts, such as Brunoise, Mirepoix, Julienne, Macedoine and Jardiniere. I also need to learn how to cut an onion correctly. To achieve this i will look up YouTube tutorials on how to do this and also take more notice in lessons on what to in our practical lessons.
