         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think schools should limit student expression when or if it disrupts the education environment because students can hurt schools reputations like if students claim that the rules are cruel. This may cause parents to refrain from signing up for that school or district. I think students have a vast amount of free speech, but the line is drawn if it hurts the schools reputation. </p>]]></description>
