Cattle farming is promoted in each and every household, as it meets the requirement of milk, which is getting scarce day by day. The cow dung is used along with kitchen waste etc., for the generation of biogas. Biogas is installed for this purpose. Each house can have its own biogas plant. The residue is used as an organic manure for cultivation purposes. This method is cost-efficient and locals are self-sufficient. The gas generated is environmentally friendly and is used for electricity generation purposes also. In many villages, firewood is used as cooking fuel due to which several trees are cut down. This is replaced by biofuel which saves millions of trees every year.

Riddhi Menon-AM.EN.U4ECE19048

In rural areas the amount of people who are travelling are comparatively low, so there might be only one or two bus or anything like that in during the day so they have boards which gives the information about the vehicle like when it comes, how much is the fare.
Navaneeth Jayan
AM.EN.U4MEE19126

Tanks, usually constructed and managed by villagers, are water bodies that can hold enough water to irrigate over 100 hectares of cropland. In this ancient method of water harvesting, tanks collect and store monsoonal rainwater, which is used for drinking and protective irrigation during dry periods. Elevated water storage tanks are used to store water for fire protection and potable drinking water within a designated area or community. Elevated tanks allow the natural force of gravity to produce consistent water pressure throughout the system.
Sai Ganesh N
AM.EN.U4AIE19076
