The cow dung is used along with kitchen waste etc., for the generation of biogas. Biogas is installed for this purpose. Each house can have its own biogas plant. The residue is used as an organic manure for cultivation purposes. This method is cost-efficient and locals are self-sufficient. The gas generated is environmentally friendly and is used for electricity generation purposes also. In many villages, firewood is used as cooking fuel due to which several trees are cut down. This is replaced by biofuel which saves millions of trees every year.

There is a strong  belief that the souls of the dead do not leave the world until a farewell ceremony is performed. Like this every festival have their own belief and formalities.
