         <description><![CDATA[<p>If I had to move from conflict to collaboration, usually the other person and I both have to change our viewpoint a little, make a compromise, and agree to move on even if the outcome isn't exactly what either one of us really wanted. We have to settle on some middle ground.</p>]]></description>
