COP, ACOP and WTC have been stopped though they have continued well for many years and been a blessing to those from our church and other churches as well.

2) Sunday School room has been revamped and rennovated. Likewise, the rooftop is being utilised and upgrading works are in progress as we speak. Members are also willing to help to make this happen.

3) We have tagged every member of the church who are not in any Zone Group, to a Zone Group to involve and communicate/ get connected to them.

4) Members of the church are forthcoming when asked to help build the house of God.

5) The pastors of the church are committed in leading the flock, despite having to balance two jobs/ two ministries (USA and SG).

6) Sunday school is a strength in terms of the depth of the curriculum that is taught. i.e how to pray, discern, wait upon God.

2) Some pointers in the vision of the church may not be translated into actionable and measurable items.

We see a VIBRANT Church, who worships the Lord in spirit and in truth. Whose worship touches heaven and changes lives. Where the presence of God is tangible and the anointing of God flows like a river.
We see a PRAYING Church, who knows how to prevail with God in prayer. Whose prayers set the captives free and release the miracle working power of God to heal the sick. Where believing for the supernatural power of God to intervene in our daily lives will become a norm.
We see a DISCIPLED Church, where people are devoted to God and walk in the Word. Where the Word of God will become our supreme authority and each person will carry their cross and follow the Lord.
We see a LOVING Church, where the love of God is shared amongst one another and those who visit us. Walking in love and forgiveness, and possessing the fruit of the Holy Spirit must become our desire of righteousness.
We see a GIVING Church, where people are willing to live a sacrificial life for the cause of the Kingdom of God. Where we are able to support the work of God both locally and in other nations as the Lord will lead us.
We see a CARING Church, where the poor and the less privileged are ministered to with the love of the Lord. Where the needy, the desperate, the discouraged, the depressed, the lonely are touched by faith, hope, and love.
We see an ANOINTED Church, where the power of God is demonstrated from heaven to His people and from us to those who visit us.
We see a BOLD Church, where the people are filled with boldness and courage to obey God and evangelize the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ. A people who will dare to be different from the world and live as a testimony for the Lord. An army who will dare to do the works of God by healing the sick, setting the captives oppressed by the devil to be free in Jesus name.
We see a TRAINED FORCE Church, where the people will be trained through the training programs and the Word of God to serve Him in the end time harvest. People who will be prepared by the five fold ministry for the second coming of Jesus Christ.

3) Media team only dependent on certain people for knowledge of equipment, limited number of people coming in to serve.

4) Equipment (Blackbox is old) limitations in place.

5) Leaking rooftops , waterproofing issues, water supply on and off.

6) Financially, we may not be in a the best of shape, as we are still supporting the US ministry.

7) Not good balance between OPEX and because of the current pandemic, not renting Kluang Mission house, Sri Lanka Project and Myanmar ministry stopped. no mission trips are currently being planned, though work is supported through the USA Ministry.

8) Our young adults and youths are not engaged to explore ways to build the house of God, improve our service unto the Lord. They are also not engaged/connected well in ministries.

9) Camaraderie amongst leadership team not there, inter ministries are minimal, focussed within own ministries. 

10) No 2nd and 3rd level tier leadership in place for succession planning.

2) The World Needs a Father Program could be used to identify potential leaders to lead in ministries.

3) Vision of church not well verses by leaders and members i.e where to find, too many.

4) Collections is purely on tithes/offerings and rent from  another church/ books. Look at government grants for equipments i.e RFID tagging of books, audio CDs etc.

5) We have tagged every member of the church who are not in any Zone Group, to a Zone Group to involve and communicate/ get connected to them. This will be the start to get them involved in different ministries and activities that are to be planned.

6) Opportunity to reach out the the community around the church to be involved in their lives. Not many in the area knows that there is a church because we reside only on 2 levels.

7) All lot of activities are done on an adhoc basis instead of pre-planned upfront on a whole year basis. Would be good to relook at some of the activities to align with vision and mission of church.

8) Certain ministries i.e youth ministry should have a dedicated youth worker /pastor to connect with the youths/young adults. 

9) Could look at ministry to minister to the ladies in the church King's bride (Women ministry) at the appropriate time when the need arises.

10) Buy in from leadership team and take up rate of online church training content is minimal. 

11) Would be good to connect back either physically or virtually with members who have not been coming back to church.

2) A group of church members may want to lead prayer groups according to their own way and not submit to the leadership of the church. They tend to shy away when invited to prayer meetings to worship as 1 corporate body.

3) Always the same group of people will tend to come forward to help or participate. The threat is that knowledge only resides with them, and minimal knowledge transfer to the rest.

4) Limitation fo 50 pax with vaccinated and unvaccinated measures, i.e higher attrition of people coming back to church. Non-tech savvy members/busy members not being ablt to sign up on Eventsbrite on time.

5) It has become too convenient for people to watch from home. People not willing to come out of their comfort zone to come.
6) Tithing is only prevalent in 1st week of month. Offering amount has dropped for the rest of the weeks because when people not coming back to put into offering box. No ushers bring offering boxes around, placed at exit of church.

7) Expertise of Ps. Steven for the trainings held in the past COP, ACOP is no minimally available because of his busy schedule.
