         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will use my hygiene technique to serve food safely to&nbsp; my customers and to prevent any problems in the restaurant.&nbsp;<br><br>I can remind myself and my staff to wash their hands regularly, use the correct colour coded chopping board, and serve the food above 60 deg Celcius. Store food below 3 deg Celcius in Chiller.<br><br>I found that keeping perishable items such as cooked and uncooked food can be intriguing as it can take me quite a while to understand the arrangement in the chiller. But I will take sometime to learn.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel that the material reinforced my ideas about good food hygiene. making sure that my family and customers do not fall sick from eating food that i made is very important to me. I must make sure that i separate the area for processing raw food more.&nbsp;<br><br>I find that it's important to feedback to the company that if there's some people who haven't taken the course, the company need to ensure. And also have some whistle blowing policy may help staff keep on their toes and ensure good hygiene all the time.&nbsp;<br><br>if anyway possible, I do hope to help brainstorm ideas to improve the kitchen setup for my workplace so I can help the team create a better and safe working environment. </div>]]></description>
