1. When there is an expectation of a price change, then they are more likely to purchase as soon as possible. the consumers will increase. Ex; If you hear that apple is coming out with a new phone that is water proof, consumers will think about purchasing it.
2. Demand helps change preferences. Anytime demand increases, it's a good thing for businesses, it helps bring consumers in.
3. The greater income means the greater purchasing power. So when incomes from the people increase, they can afford to buy more.
4. Consumers demand creates more jobs, not tax cuts for the rich.
5. It's does not make sense to cut taxes and then increase government spending. Doing that, causes deficits.

Supply and Demand is a subject that everyone has a strong belief about. There are many people who believes in the supply side and there are many people who believes demand side. I honestly feel like I am in the middle. The pros and cons of both, demand and supply side, outweigh each other. The demand is the amount of a product people are willing to buy at a certain price. The supply side is how much the market can offer. Instead of competing, they should work together. The relations between the actual price and how much a good or service is supplied make sense to work together.
