It only costs a couple thousands - less than P5,000. Even before entering the Barangay, which looks like a street from the highway, it is already obvious that this area and its neighbours belongs to the less fortunate. At the rooftop of my uncle's place, you can see very closely the JP Morgan building, an international finance company located in Bonifacio Global City. It is the same up close and personal. Roads, buildings, and houses are very close to being considered as hazards. Due to lower costs of living and land in this area, the upper class capitalized this area by putting up places for rent without considering the safety of others in the area.
