THESIS: You need to improve your thesis. Check the highlighted part(s). You're right to explain the environmental effects of forest fires briefly in the thesis, but the hole in the ozone layer does *not* cause global warming. Also, you don't need to focus on Australia only - there are forest fires also in other countries such as Brazil.

IMPROVED THESIS: government and people's efforts should focus on toxic gases as they contribute to the hole of the ozone layer which leads to global warming, and negatively impact the ecosystem

government and people's efforts should focus on toxic gases which lead to global warming, and negatively impact the ecosystem.

comment: You need to define the key terms in your thesis, including "forest fire". If I make a barbecue in a forest, is that a forest fire? Why (not)?
paragraph:
Forest fires are a type of wildfire, "is an uncontrolled fire in an area of combustible vegetation" (Wikipedia contributors, 2020). If I make a barbecue in a forest it's not a forest fire but barbecue can lead to an immeasurable fire, simple parts of the spark may fall into the trees, and from here the flames erupt. In addition to the wind, it helps to speed the spread of fires in the forests, also in dry seasons when there is little or no rain, the trees become dry and from here it burns and these are some reasons for the spread of fires as well.

Wikipedia contributors.
