Here me out, is fixing Ice cream machines a con? Just one.
Workers will have to try to clean the machines themselves sometimes, increased work. Or they have to be aware if It is cleaning itself properly enough.

It's difficult to see what weaknesses your company has, but we just need to review this one case. "Broken Ice cream machines." This problem could make you tons of money, well If you have a broken ice cream machine anyway. Tons of people might just burst into anger after not hearing that some little Ice cream machine is not working... but It's mainly not the Ice cream machine that is not working . . . It's the employees. You see, as stated in the article "The Real Reason McDonald's Ice Cream Machines Are Always Broken" by "AllRecipes," it notes, "The Taylor ice cream machine takes four hours to clean and sanitize itself — and the process needs to be completed every single day . . . of course the ice cream machine cannot make ice cream . . . The night shift employees turn the machine's cleaning function on, leave, and then hope to find a clean machine waiting for them . . . Instead of finding a clean machine the employees find a machine boasting an error message . . . it didn't clean properly and will need to be cleaned again." This describes how and why the Ice cream machines are down. They either don't get cleaned thoroughly; don't have enough supervision; or employees are just too lazy to clean or replace it, itself most likely.
