<title>How do we address high demand for lumber, for housing which is very reliant on lumber- what will happen to housing opportunities /sector for housing. Price of lumber is cheaper than alternatives in many places, even with lumber skyrocketing. What will housing market be for future generations? Some indigenous communities are switching to other materials, to reduce tree harvest, but will be hard for next generations to reduce prices on ICF etc.</title>

<title>Housing is a major issue in the Adirondack as well. Sustainable communities must be able to provide housing at all economic levels. For example, this is critical if we are going to address youth out-migration - if we don&#39;t have solutions for housing, creating entry level jobs for the next generation is not going to be effective. </title>
